The Headlines:

In the role of IT Portfolio Specialist working in Denver, Colorado, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, or Chicaog, Illinois you will be part of the global PMO and Governance team. The person will ensure timely and accurate portfolio and project communication and produced and published to key stakeholders.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager PMO & Governance and works closely with leads for the Plan, Build, and Run teams within IT to clarify, updated, and refine Molson Coors Project Delivery Methodologies.

The Responsibilities:

  • You will collect input from various teams, analyze and manage the data, and publish reports on portfolio metrics. You will maintain historical information and administer reporting and communication to stakeholders.

  • Supports the PMO manager ins the maintanence of the portfolio management process documentation and systems. Schedules and facilitates meetings, agendas, and after-action reporting. Supports the preparation of materials for the Portfolio Review Board meetings.

  • Ensures on-time delivery of project reporting and Agile ceremonies (status reporting & SCRUM meetings, Sprint 'Burn-down' reports and various other metrics). Identifies and communicates key project and portfolio risks and issues in a timely manner to leaders.

  • Coordinates and supports on-going training related to IT portfolio / project governance (PRB, GARB and CAB), IT Scorecard, and methodology (e.g. Agile, MCAM, Mode1/Mode2, Hybrid)

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree

  • You have a working knowledge of information systems, finance/accounting, and have prior experience running a project.

  • Experience working with JIRA, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint are a plus.

  • You work with a Team First attitude and excel in your written and verbal communication.

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy

  • You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
