My client who is a leading Implementation Partner is currently looking to on board an experienced IT PMO Project Administrator. The role will be based in Seattle, WA and this is for an initial 4 month contract with extensions to follow.

Due to the industry of my client, candidates holding US Citizenship and a Green Card are encouraged to apply. My client is looking specifically for local resources as they are unable to cover expenses at this time.

The Candidate:
Solid Project Administration background
Working knowledge of Agile methodology & terminology is desirable
Proficient in MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) usage

Hourly Rate $40-$45 Per Hour All Inclusive (Corp to Corp)

VIEW JOBS 11/9/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-07T00:00 The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager/Functional Analyst is to lead the activities for gathering, documenting and communicating business functionality as it relates to the business applications for merchantable logs within our Timberlands business. The successful candidate has a back ground supporting the business functions of Contract and Settlement, Marketing, Finance and Operations. You build strong business and vendor partnerships and understand the importance of delivering data and process standards across vendor purchased and custom developed systems. This is an exciting and unique role that balances day to day working with customers on solutions and business process improvements with deep functional knowledge of the applications and reporting solutions. Responsibilities Successful candidates are expected to: * Analyze customer requests and determine functional solutions that incorporate end to end business processes across multiple applications. * Configure Applications to Deliver Business Solutions. * Work with other IT resources to ensure applications interface are working and develop new application integrations. * Lead functional discussions with vendor and infrastructure services to ensure application health and meeting service targets are met. * Lead functional discussions to determine how best to meet reporting needs utilizing business intelligence or transactional application reports. * Work across corporate IT groups and application vendor to enhance application performance and resolve performance issues. * Create and maintain disaster recovery documentation * Create and maintain application documentation * Follow IT Service Management standards. * Work several projects simultaneously and balance a wide variety of priorities while meeting deadlines. * Be results oriented and strive for continuous improvement. * Apply concepts from different industries and fields to the Timberlands business. * Maintain a strong knowledge and passion of IT solutions, new technologies and technology trends. * Coordinate review of inputs/outputs with internal and external customers and suppliers * Receive, record, track and resolve support calls and requests related to the Contract and Settlement system in a timely fashion. * Lead training efforts, including creation and delivery of training materials * Collaborate in testing and maintenance release deployments * Manage issue escalations to internal IT and vendor teams * Degree in computer science, MIS, information systems or related field, or equivalent education, training and / or experience. * 7 years of relevant professional experience * End user support with experience in Contract & Settlement, Finance, and Operations * Previous role that included integrating applications * Broad experience supporting process & data standardization * Ability to see the "big picture" and communicate it effectively * Ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and business customers * Delivery of structured requirements development * Ability to prioritize work load to meet competing deadlines * Certification in ITIL, Lean, Agile, and Scrum is desired. * Strong knowledge of business processes in supply chain, preferably in the Timberlands or natural resources industry. * Demonstrated progression in work responsibilities with the capability to grow beyond this role * Willingness to travel 15% * Demonstrated ability to perform complex analysis, solve and document technical problems. * Ability to interact effectively with customers, peers and management in person and over the phone. * Understand Business Intelligence and data analysis/data mining * Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and business skills required.
