A) Technician - Records I (Information and Records Clerk)
Operates micrographics and document imaging equipment including a microfilm camera, reader, reader printer and scanner. Scans and/or makes microfilms of documents according to established standards and procedures and adheres to required specifications for each application. Performs quality assurance testing which includes inspecting, microfilm and scanned images in accordance to established quality control standards and requirements per Florida Administrative Code 1B-26. Assist with the preparation of documents for microfilming or scanning to conform with established guidelines and procedures. Assist with the retrieval of information from microfilm or the document imaging system according to District policies and departmental procedures.
B) Programmer- Computer Programmer
Codes programs in successive steps so that they can be processed in a manner consistent with the make or model of the computer in use by the District. Assists in the preparation of all levels of systems and program logic flow charts. Prepares test data and assists other project personnel in verifying programs and systems. Assists in preparing operational documentation, program documentation, and user documentation for systems under development. Maintains existing production programs as assigned. Applies improved solutions to programming problems. Keeps abreast of new developments in computing equipment, programming languages, and programming techniques.
C) Analyst Systems (Senior) - Computer Software Engineer, Systems Software
Coordinates application teams in the implementation of approved projects, serving as liaison between the department and the administrative area(s). Assists in the formulation of data management project objectives and systems development requirements. Works with end users of data management projects to define needs and ensures such needs are met with the designed systems. Prepares project plans and schedules which includes requirements, tasks, work assignments, resources, and inclusion of project milestones and review points. Supervises the project staff during project implementation and participates directly in project performance as required. Reports to management and users on project progress, problems, and the need for changes through scheduled project reviews. Presents project output to management and users.
