Job Summary

Analyze fixed and mobile telecommunications inventory and billing data and ensure that inventories are optimized for cost, performance and quality. Ensure that move, add and change requests to fixed and mobile telecommunications are reflected in client billing. Optimize and maintain telecommunications expense management (TEM) software for fixed and mobile telecommunications. Analyze budgets and report variances to management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop complex spreadsheets and pivot tables to optimize inventories and find discrepancies (e.g., duplicate billing and dispute resolution)

  • Develop complex spreadsheets and pivot tables to ensure IT's telecommunications expenses are properly allocated to the lines of business (internal client billing)

  • Collaborate with telecommunications carriers (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) on account creation, billing discrepancy resolution, and inventory management

  • Collaborate with TEM vendor to ensure that accounts, billing and inventories reconcile with carrier provided data

  • Validate performance and SLA metrics provided by telecommunications carriers and compare with SLAs in the contract documents

  • Provide call detail information and other ad hoc requests to management (Corporate Security, Legal, etc.) as requested

  • Maintain Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Inventory Lists for PSE&G. Interact with carriers and resolve discrepancies

Job Specific Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM or without degree, 4 years relevant experience

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Experience with telecommunications vendor portals

  • PSEG will not offer visa sponsorship in connection with this position

Desired

  • Experience with ServiceNow

  • Experience with Telecommunications Expense Management Systems

The position works with Getronics and client personnel to understand client requirements and work directly with the client to support their needs. This position manages the work efforts of individual contributors and will work with management to maintain staffing levels, complete performance reviews, assist with completion of training/certification, and other items as assigned by management. The BRM I-DCS must always be prepared to represent the client's interests while maintaining and fostering a positive image of Getronics. The BRM I-DCS understands the SOW and the extent and limitations of what Getronics is expected to provide. The BRM I-DCS is responsible for identifying all client metrics and assure reporting on measurement. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
