Job Summary: The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for leading and managing complex onsite IT projects associated with our aggressive growth strategy at our offices.

Schedule: Full Time

Travel: Travel to project sites (25%-50%) as needed for onsite project implementation (NY, NJ, PA, CT, FL, IL, MO and MN). Additionally, employee is required to attend monthly in office cadence in NYC depending on business needs. From time to time, additional in-person team meetings may be required as well.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a strong technical background to understand and discuss project requirements with technical teams.

  • Utilize Azure, Office 365, and OneDrive for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.

  • Implement Intune/Autopilot for efficient device provisioning and management.

  • Deploy and configure networking solutions, including Meraki devices, to meet project requirements.

  • Project Execution and Monitoring:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and technical requirements.

  • Mentor project team members, providing technical guidance and support.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address technical and logistical challenges.

  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure successful project execution.

  • Manage project scope changes effectively by assessing their impact and obtaining necessary approvals.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including site visit assessments and floorplans.

  • Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

  • Perform quality checks and testing to validate project deliverables.

  • Implement best practices in network security, scalability, and performance optimization.

  • Adhere to IT security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard company data and systems.

  • Team Dynamics:

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed project decisions.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

  • 4-5+ years of technical expertise in Meraki, Azure, Intune/Autopilot, Office 365, RMM, VOIP, DNS, SMTP, SQL, backup technologies, and Teams.

  • Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco Meraki, and other relevant technologies are preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance

Salary Pay Range

$90,000-$110,000 USD
