IT Network Technician

As an IT Network Technician, duties include configuring, installing, and supporting networks, routers, switches, IP-based phone systems, cloud services, CCTV systems, and many other types of equipment and services. You would provide help desk support, program new equipment, test and troubleshoot equipment and services, upgrade current products, provide customer support, assist with scheduled maintenance, and maintain proper documentation. The starting salary is very competitive and will be based on experience.

• Must pass Oklahoma Department of Labor background check

• Ability to read technical documentation and instructions

• Preference given to individuals who have current networking experience

and working knowledge of routers, switches, and wireless networks.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with other employees under the direction of the Senior Network Administrator

• Handles the responsibilities of customer support, installation, and maintenance for networking hardware, voice, data, and CCTV systems.

• Start to finish project management that requires you to organize, document, program, test, install, and train

• Assists with and provides troubleshooting support techniques and corrections.

• Configure low voltage equipment; telephones, cameras, access points, monitors and TVs, outdoor WiFi equipment, and other network devices.

• Troubleshooting for adds, moves, and changes related to networking.
