Kelley Create seeks a talented and dynamic Network Engineer to join our team. The Network Engineer is responsible for project discovery and systems analysis efforts, systems and network design, writing statements of work, executing project plans, and resolving advanced escalated support requests. Network Engineer will also work to continuously advance personal and organizational technical abilities, ensuring Kelley is providing high-value solutions and services designed to meet clients' specific needs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Network design, configuration, and installation of devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS, ACL, VLAN)
Perform systems implementation and administer infrastructure on premises and in the cloud; systems include Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365 global administration
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets, including those associated with project design, scoping, and completion tasks
Perform in-depth analysis of system performance and planning, and then summarize the results for varying audiences, outside technical partners, and senior-level management.
Provide mentoring, guidance, and education to junior staff. Provide feedback on junior staff, and work with the manager to ensure their appropriate professional development
Understanding of Hyper-V, VMWare, and other virtualization platforms
Thorough understanding of industry best practices for Windows Server environments and associated roles and dependencies
Customer experience focused while communicating with clients frequently and professionally representing Kelley at all times
Continuously develop technical and professional skills by learning from experiences, studying, and completing training courses
Self-starters with a good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team, and a desire to come up with the best solutions for our clients

Advanced technical skillset in LAN/WAN design and troubleshooting
Experience with Cisco IOS, HPE Procurve, ArubaOS, Meraki, and switch stacking techniques
Advanced technical skillset in Windows operating systems: Windows (8,10,11) Windows Server (2012R2,2016,2019, etc.)
Proficient with typing, use of Microsoft Office Applications and 365 platform
Ability and desire to provide an effortless customer experience
Ability to pass a background check
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an IT support or consulting role
Minimum of three (3) years of experience with LAN and WAN configuration, setup, and troubleshooting
Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory
Education/Certification Requirements:
BA/BS in a related field, or relevant experience
One or more of the following industry certifications are preferred - CCNA/CCNP/CCDE, Network+, Microsoft Certified roles related to Windows Server, Azure, infrastructure administration
Possesses reliable transportation
