The Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) is to serve as overall lead and point of contact for the Project Management Office. Will work with each IT group to establish their integration with the PMO.
The Manager PMO requires experience leading and developing a PMO along with overall quality assurance delivery. Will manage large-scale, complex implementation projects involving RFPs, vendors, contracts, internal staff, and/or external clients. Will be required to communicate with IT and business leadership. Establish best practices and processes for; project initiation and planning, estimation and budgeting, project monitor and control, vendor management, staff mentorship, risk management, timely issue resolution, schedule management, stakeholder management, requirements management, change control, quality management, and a high-level understanding of current Microsoft 2016, MS 0365, and SharePoint.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Business Management, Computer Science, or Marketing. Masters Degree preferred.
Previous Experience: 10+ years in IT program/project management with minimum of 5 years acquiring, managing, and/or implementing cross-functional projects. 5 years' experience leading, establishing, or assisting with a PMO Office. And 3 years working in quality assurance capacity as it relates to PMO implementations.
