IT Manager

Job Classification: Non-Exempt

Reports To: CEO

Position Summary:

In this position, as a leader in the IT department, you will be responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of all information technology within the organization. You will direct IT staff to carry out support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technology solutions. You will also lead the development team, serving as a liaison between business and technical aspects of each stage.



  • Creates magical customer experiences for internal and external customers
  • Perform regular checks to ensure network and data security
  • Analyze business needs presented by users and direct research on emerging technology. Recommend technical solutions
  • Maintain organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans
  • Manage IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages, and CRM implementation
  • Design training programs, conduct workshops on IT policy and best practice guidelines for the organization on new and existing software
  • Work with management team to create an IT budget and forecast expenses. Schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective action
  • Participate in or lead hardware and software evaluations, installation, updates, and maintenance
  • Ensure employees and stakeholders have prompt assistance in troubleshooting and resolving user issues relative to all corporate software in a timely manner
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Specific Requirements

Accountability, crisis management and an ability to prioritize and manage complex and changing needs

Personnel management experience

Leadership skills

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or 6+ years of experience within current information technologies
