IT Manager

Job Title: IT ManagerOffice Location:Miami, FL

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Miami. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. As part of a global IT team, the IT Manager will collaborate with colleagues across different time zones and sites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Ensure the security of the company's IT infrastructure and data.Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.Oversee the development and implementation of new IT systems and projects.Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure they meet the needs of the business.ERP System SupportProvide technical support and guidance to staff and management.Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.Order and manage IT equipment and supplies.Oversee and run helpdesk tasks to ensure timely and effective support for all employees

Requirements (Relevant Education/ Languages, Skills)

Proven working experience as an IT Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and best practices.Experience with network and system administration.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the IT industry or a similar field.Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Experience with Office365 and Azure Servers.Microsoft certifications or similar industry-recognized certifications.Proficiency with Adobe products
