Position Summary An IT manager is a crucial member of the operations team. IT manager is responsible for scheduling daily projects, preparing invoices for our existing clients, ordering computer and electronic equipment, preparing and configuring computer and server equipment for the project, managing quality of work, profitability, changes of scope, planning where and how the project will take place and keeping lines of communication before, during and after construction projects and assisting in the broader operation of the company when volume of open projects permits.

Core Job Responsibilities: Operational Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Oversee the creation and execution of operational policies and procedures. Service Delivery Management:

Ensure the delivery of high-quality managed IT services to clients.

Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed client expectations. Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead and manage the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Act as a point of escalation for client issues and concerns. Financial Management:

Manage the operations budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets. Technology and Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems. Ensure the security and reliability of the company's IT environment. Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate operational risks. Vendor and Partner Management:

Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the delivery of quality services. Negotiate contracts and agreements with out of state MSP vendors to extend our reach Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports.

Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and strategic planning. Project Management:

Oversee the planning and execution of operational projects.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Customer Support and Satisfaction: Ensure the operations team provides excellent customer support.

Monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve it. DESIRED SKILL SET / EXPERIENCE Must Have technical IT knowledge to configure and prepare computers, firewalls, and servers for installation Must have strong communication skills Strong Analytical skills Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Must have previous experience in one of the following industries:

MSP (managed Service Provider), Information Technology and low voltage/audio/video/data systems Supervisory experience required. Data entry and file management skills required. Budgeting experience required.

Excellent organization and time management skills. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Reliable personal transportation is a must. Monthly Bonus based on meeting KPI results
