We are looking for a local IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.

You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our corporate and local IT needs.

The resource will report functionally to the Group IT Manager, locally to the Operation Director and will be responsible for managing all the activities of the IT office for the Group's American branches.

The candidate will deal in particular with the following activities:

  • Collaborate with the IT HQ team to support the delivery of all IT projects locally (ie: Cyber Security Project, Tenant management, new ERP [S4HANA])
  • Implement processes, tools, guidelines and standards to improve efficiency
  • Local Support and business interface for integration between actual systems (ie: Netsuite, Big Commerce) and new platforms (ie: Salesforce B2B, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP S/4)
  • Support the definition of the IT Budget (Capex/Opex) and then manage it.
  • Coordinate local suppliers and find new ones if necessary who are able to:
    • Configure company devices used by users following company standards (software, updates, security, etc.) and guaranteeing their correct functionality
    • Provide assistance to users on the use of IT tools, applications and/or technologies
    • Manage the Local IT Infrastructure (Workstation, Network, Server, TLC)
    • Manage the escalation to second-level structures for unmanageable problems, monitoring their resolution, identifying and proactively reporting any critical situations

Requirements

  • Degree in IT technical disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years' previous experience in a similar role, better if in a multinational company branch
  • Ability to analyze application flows
  • Experience on multi-platform infrastructures
  • Application Knowledge: Sales Force (Commerce Cloud, CRM, Marketing Cloud), SAP S/4, O365
  • Ability to understand and analyze data exchange, both via ETL and via API
  • Aptitude for problem solving
  • Excellent organization and self-management
  • Excellent communication
  • Relational and mediation

Assists in the selection, training, and</p><p>supervision of assigned staff. Substitutes for the Director of Social Services in his/her absence, as</p><p>directed.</p><p>ESSENTIAL TASKS:</p><p>Assists in Providing Clinical Services:</p><ul><li>Assigns caseloads and related duties, coordinates the activities of the staff in</li></ul><p>providing services to clients.</p><ul><li>Reviews intakes to ensure compliance and timely processing of all required forms and</li></ul><p>processes, e.g., SSI clearance, HRA's, client documents, etc.</p><ul><li>Actively participates in improving processes, procedures, policies, and assists in ensuring</li></ul><p>staff compliance.</p><ul><li><p>Facilitates resident groups.</p></li><li><p>Monitors services performed by staff either individually with a resident or in groups to</p></li></ul><p>evaluate the quality of the service.</p><ul><li>Ensures staff is obtaining information, such as medical, psychological, and social factors</li></ul><p>contributing to the resident's situation, and that the staff is evaluating the resident's</p><p>capabilities. Regularly inspects case records to evaluate the completeness and quality of</p><p>treatment plans and ensures that the charts are audit-ready and in compliance</p><p>with all applicable agency and funder regulations.</p><ul><li>Facilitates staff knowledge regarding types of clinical services, recreational</li></ul><p>activities, and ICL programs available as well as community resources. Ensures that staff</p><p>are accompanying residents on regularly scheduled or emergency visits to medical</p><p>treatment facilities, social agencies, government offices, or other locations associated</p><p>with treatment or assistance of the resident</p><ul><li>Reviews crisis assessment of assigned residents with staff, reviews nonverbal and verbal</li></ul><p>crisis intervention techniques to be used with each individual resident/resident, and staff actions</p><p>during a crisis situation.</p><ul><li>Immediately reports serious incidents, allegations of abuse, incidents, or sensitive</li></ul><p>situations and completes incident reports to his/her supervisor.</p><ul><li>In the Social Services Director's absence or with the Program Director's authority</li></ul><p>attends or directs meetings as assigned.</p><ul><li>Ensures compliance with agency safety infection control policies.</li></ul><p>Assists in Directing and Supervising Personnel:</p><ul><li>With the Director's authority establishes and maintains work schedules in accordance</li></ul><p>with agency policy and assignments of staff. May be responsible for managing the</p><p>completion of time clock edits of assigned staff within the timeframes established by</p><p>the Human Resources Department.</p><ul><li>Ensures assigned staff's compliance with the agency's time and attendance policy;</li></ul><p>recommends disciplinary action to supervisor for those out of compliance.</p><ul><li><p>May manage/distribute resident/resident funds.</p></li><li><p>Assists the Social Services Director in staff performance management, including completion</p></li></ul><p>of performance reviews and counseling or disciplinary memos.</p><ul><li><p>Conducts staff supervision in accordance with program and division policy.</p></li><li><p>Ensures that assigned staff have attended required in-service training and schedules</p></li></ul><p>employees to attend both in-service training and training provided by vendors. Conducts regular inspections of vehicles and property</p><p>to ensure cleanliness, accountability, and serviceability.</p><ul><li>Conducts regular inspections of resident/resident rooms or apartments to ensure property</li></ul><p>accountability and serviceability. Monitors the quality of the rehabilitative services</p><p>provided to assigned residents/residents.</p><ul><li><p>Assists in ensuring that the agency mission is implemented and supported.</p></li><li><p>May be directed to coordinate with the department of Quality and the Corporate</p></li></ul><p>Compliance Department for staff assistance in the preparation for an audit.</p><ul><li>May be asked to participate in plans of corrective action, incident reports, and</li></ul><p>program evaluation reports and recommends action that needed for improvement.</p><p>Assists in Assuring Fiscal Control and Accountability:</p><ul><li>Assists Program Director in exercising control over budgets through planning, prioritizing of</li></ul><p>spending, and monitoring of spending patterns.</p><ul><li>Recommends approval/disapproval for all purchase orders and financial requests from</li></ul><p>staff and submits purchase orders and financial requests to the Program Director for</p><p>approval.</p><ul><li>Provides oversight of resident funds program.
