Job Description: As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's IT infrastructure.

Your primary duties will include setting up new systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems and networks. Key Responsibilities : Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data and systems from cyber threats. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to support business objectives. Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or new solutions as needed.

Requirements/ Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Experience with system and network security protocols and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Certifications such as CompTIA Security, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.
