As the IT manager, you will be supporting our users and remote offices throughout the Southeast, you will be managing a small team and will be working with Corporate on initiatives.

Job Summary:

As the IT manager, you will be supporting our users and remote offices throughout the Southeast, you will be managing a small team and will be working with Corporate on initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage all endpoints (computers, servers, networks, mobile devices, etc.).

• Manage CVEs and security patching on endpoints.

• Image new computers using SCCM/Autopilot and set up workstations.

• Maintain GPOs and manage user access in Active Directory.

• Monitor help desk requests and diagnose and resolve issues.

• Contract negotiations, budgeting, and ordering in compliance with policy and procedure while maintaining inventory of commonly used parts.

• Maintain system documentation for hardware and software inventory, network maps, operating procedures, and change logs.

• Backup maintenance and monitoring.

• Ensure that Corporate SOPs are followed for IT use, procurement, security, backups, and e-waste disposal.

• Administer and manage Avaya VoIP phone system.

• Travel will be required as needed to support remote offices in AL, GA, SC, NC

• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field and at least 5 years of work experience in an advanced IT role.

• Strong knowledge of computers, networking, and mobile devices, Microsoft products including Windows 10 & 11, Server 2016+, O365, Teams, and Active Directory is required.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to learn and support new technology.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

Hyper-V, Forscout, Tanium, Carbon Black, Global Protect, Intune, SCCM, Meraki, Cherwell, PrinterLogic

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to sit and use their hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, stoop and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds for equipment installations, workstation setups, etc. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position works in a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Work hours are 40 hours per week but may flex based on the needs of the business.
