The DISH Wireless organization is looking for an experienced IT manager to lead a data migration team. The team consists of a product owner, ETL developers, and a tester. The team is responsible for the designing a building a customer migration framework utilizing Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. The solution will perform the data migration and network port tasks that are required to migrate Boosts customer from a legacy system to a new system.The candidate must have the ability in a fast paced and evolving environment where requirements and project goals are fluid and evolving. The ability to quickly understand the project goals and impacted systems will be critical. The candidate should be skilled in managing both people and projects in an agile environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provide business and technical thought leadership
Lead a team consisting of people with diverse skills and levels of experience
Manage work assignments amongst the team members
Deal with every day people care issues
Conduct regular one on ones with team members and conduct annual performance reviews
Work with Integration Management Office (IMO) to understand the business requirements and dependencies on T-Mobile systems
Build a reusable system that can be leveraged for future customer migrations
Manage the testing phase by coordinating the testing efforts of multiple test teams
Manage the execution phase of the data migration which will take multiple months

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Required Skills:

4+ years as a manager in the IT industsry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self starter and ability to figure out a complicated environment
Ability to lead and direct a team of technical and non-technical people
Working knowledge of solution architecture principles
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience with ETL and data migrations
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Wireless industry experience
Knowledge of Informatica ETL software
