  • Manages the team members' career, expectations, performance, and level of happiness.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • 6 or more years of combined experience with IT

  • 5 or more years of experience in roles related to software engineering.

  • Strong leadership ability with a track record of developing people and achieving challenging objectives.

  • Experienced with leading transformation programs incorporating agile methodologies, disciplines, practices and techniques for the delivery of new and enhanced applications.

  • Knowledge of the products and services regarding cloud platforms; ability to utilize related tools and technologies to develop cloud solutions and deploy applications on cloud platforms.

  • Ability to design and create automations that allow for process efficiencies and self-service into either the cloud or on prem environments.

  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred

  • New Distribution Capability (NDC) experience; familiar with IATA standards
