Job Description Job Description CORA Legal Group is hiring for an experienced, hands-on Information Technology manager to lead the IT function at our US and Canada offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our on-premises and cloud environments to support the needs of internal users.

This is a hybrid position which requires approximately 40% onsite attendance in our Cincinnati (Springdale) office. Occasional travel, including international travel, may be required. Job Responsibilities Supervise work of approximately two system administrators (one local, one remote) Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networking hardware, workstations, VPNs, and other system components in our Cincinnati office and at remote locations Coordinate with IT staff at our parent organization to ensure that corporate IT guidelines and security processes are implemented and consistently followed Install and update software and hardware as needed; anticipate and report future needs for system replacement or augmentation Provide technical support to employees regarding network connectivity and related issues Perform regular backups of network data and take other necessary steps to ensure data integrity Develop and execute a plan to consolidate server resources and migrate on-premises servers to Microsoft Azure Maintain Microsoft partner agreements and other similar partner relationships as assigned; ensure that the company is compliant with related requirements Maintain inventories of hardware, software, and other technology assets Perform occasional after-hours and weekend administrative tasks, including installation of upgrades and patches, as needed Required Skills At least two years' experience with personnel management in a role involving technical ownership of network, servers, and software Strong understanding of network technology and concepts, including routers, switches, wireless endpoints, etc. Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Teams Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills High level of ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks Preferred Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Azure server technologies, including migration of servers from on-prem to cloud and experience with Azure AD Experience with vmWare or other enterprise hypervisors such as Hyper-V Experience writing and using PowerShell scripts Experience with SQL database concepts, including ability to create and execute SQL queries
