As an IT Manager at Blueprint, you will be at the forefront of driving technological innovation that empowers our team and enhances our product offerings. You will oversee the IT infrastructure, ensure data security, and implement systems that foster collaboration and efficiency across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to excellence, playing a critical role in supporting Blueprint’s growth as a leader in the health and wellness space.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the web and IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations and minimizing downtime.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of new software and hardware systems.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to assess their technology needs and implement appropriate solutions.
• Monitor technology trends and provide recommendations for improvements and innovations.
• Build a team of IT professionals to support the growth of the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware, and software applications.
• Proven experience with data security practices and disaster recovery planning.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing technology landscapes.

Benefits

Salary: $90-140k
