The primary focus of this position is to manage and oversee the IT eCommerce / Digital retail systems team.

This position is responsible for the eCommerce: digital store front site (both Web and Mobile), point of sale (POS), electronic payments, and Web Administration. This role, also provides input and oversight for integrations that support eCommerce for Coborn's corporate office and brick and mortar locations, as well as, with third-party providers.

This individual is responsible for managing and coordinating projects to ensure that the proper eCommerce solutions are implemented to support Company goals. The IT Manager serves as the liaison between business partners, vendors and consultants, while meeting Coborn's Wildly Important Goals of being the Best Place to Work and Best Place to Shop. This position provides direct supervision to the IT eCommerce / Digital systems team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS) or related field and a minimum of five to seven years related experience.

Language Ability

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

  • Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.

  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Math Ability

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

  • Ability to track multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and email systems.

  • Advanced knowledge in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project Management.

  • Working knowledge in a variety of database, ETL, and application concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Working knowledge of data modeling and database design tools preferred.

  • Experience working with POS, pharmacy, and workforce management systems preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

  • Possess a current state driver's license and valid insurance with the ability to travel to business locations as needed.
  • PMI Certification preferred.
