As the IT Manager you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Information Technology Department. The IT Manager is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all information technology functions within the organization.

This includes directing all IT operations to meet company requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assess and recommend technologies that support the organization's strategic direction.

Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for technology adoption or enhancements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency. Lead, mentor, and motivate the IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions. Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of software applications and IT systems.

Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements , deliverables, and communicate project status and outcomes effectively. Ensure the security of data and IT assets through robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with industry standards.

Provide strategic guidance on disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services. Negotiate contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing terms with vendors to optimize value for the organization.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to guide end-user behavior and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and manage the IT department budget, tracking expenditures and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in IT systems and processes. Implement best practices and standards for IT governance, security, and compliance to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) as an IT Manager or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in strategic planning and execution. Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 annual salary, based on experience.
