IT Inventory Specialist (Fort Myers)

IT Inventory Specialist Millennium Physician Group Full Time (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM) 12871 University Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33907 Millennium Physician Group is seeking to hire a full-time / IT Inventory Specialist to join the Information Technology team. We are looking for a new team member who is positive, energetic, well-organized, can multi-task, and think outside of the box.

We want someone who supports our top initiative of ensuring an excellent patient experience The IT Inventory Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the IT Department related to receiving, storing, and deployment of devices, equipment, supplies, and all other items maintained by the Department. The IT Inventory Specialist will work in conjunction with the Procurement Specialist and Operations team to ensure proper stock levels are kept at all times, inventory records are kept up to date and accurate, and ensuring the right items are deployed to the correct locations. Other duties include tracking shipments, device assessment, warranty processing, and any other tasks as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Tracking Inventory Maintenance Receiving Incoming Shipments Order Verification Conducting Regular Inventory Audits Controlling Equipment Flows Compiling Inventory Reports Forecasting Future Inventory Needs Strict adherence to deadlines. Required Knowledge and Experience Associates degree or higher; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Skills and Abilities The ideal candidate has excellent written and oral communication skills, active organization and attention to detail skills, strong time management, and ability to build rapport and work as part of a team as well as be able to work independently with limited oversight. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb, and balance.

The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
