IT Internship Position Summary:

New user setups
New computer installations at PADNOS local and remote locations
Windows 10 to Windows 11 testing
PC hardware and desktop software support and upgrades
Assist with email cutover for remote locations
Assist with Scale computer upgrades
Overall support at PADNOS remote sites
Basic user help desk support
Office365 / Exchange support and administration
Wide Area Network & Local Area Network Support
Phone System Support (Cisco VOIP / CUCM)
System and Network monitoring
Ongoing IT project improvements
Actively participates in Internship Program and associated events

IT Internship Qualifications:

Actively pursuing bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field (preferably freshman, sophomore or junior status)
Must be willing to work in person at office site (including travel to other PADNOS locations)
Strong communication skills
A "Can Do Attitude"
Fast Learner
Flexible work schedule
Basic to moderate Microsoft Office experience (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Windows 10 & 11 operating systems
Basic PC hardware setup and configuration knowledge
Must be able to work independently on trips to outlying locations
Ability to document business processes
