As an IT Support Technician 1 Intern, you will provide entry-level technical support and assistance to
end-users within the organization. You will work closely with the IT team to resolve hardware and
software issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and contribute to the overall maintenance of the
company's IT infrastructure. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience
and develop foundational skills in the field of IT.
Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in the IT industry.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Previous experience or coursework in IT support is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Currently enrolled in a relevant college or university program.
Basic understanding of IT concepts and principles.
Proficient in using computer systems and common software applications.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical
individuals.
