IT Infrastructure Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of comprehensive IT systems, including servers, network infrastructure, Security Operations Center (SOC) offices, Network Operations Center (NOC) offices, and audio-visual systems for conference rooms and other systems as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure projects within construction environments and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction and implementation of IT systems in new and existing CyrusOne facilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT infrastructure with construction projects.

• Develop project reports highlighting operational project health aligning to larger construction schedules

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery of IT systems.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to procure necessary equipment and services.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Travel to project sites to monitor progress and address any on-site challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management with a focus on IT systems delivery.

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and their integration into construction projects.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

Travel:

• Up to 20% with significant on-site presence at CyrusOne locations expected
