IT Infrastructure Managed Service Delivery Manager

Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and assisting in improving our HPC Managed Services to maintain customer satisfaction. The Service Delivery Manager may perform administrative tasks, such as managing the team's performance and ensuring the quality of service delivery.

The main tasks of a Service Delivery Manager include managing projects, fixing service reliability issues, improving processes, tracking service metrics, managing key SLA's, and leading the service delivery team. To be a successful IT Service Delivery Manager, you should demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills. You should also demonstrate excellent communication and organization skills.

Service Delivery Manager Responsibilities: Identifying customer issues, needs and overseeing service delivery with quality and timeliness. Planning resources and projects, managing scheduling and priority conflicts, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.

Ensuring SLA commitments and customer deadlines are met. Capturing gaps in operational processes and implementing improvements. Coordinating technical and process training for team based on gaps.

Making sure documentation is current and accurate. Maintaining positive relationships with customers and provide timely communication of status. Meeting with customers to review cases and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage System Analyst to ensure culture and engagement remain high. Service Delivery Manager Requirements: Solid experience in IT service management.

Good experience in Linux IT Infrastructure systems management Excellent communication, project management, and quality control skills. Excellent leadership and customer service skills. Remaining organized and meeting deadlines.

Good resource planning skills.

Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
