About the Role
We are looking for an Analyst to join our Information Technology & Cyber team. The Analyst, Information Technology will be responsible for providing and supporting IT equipment and services to all employees in the US. This opportunity presents the chance to practice modern IT Ops processes and technologies in a controlled financial services environment. The role will report to our Senior Manager, Head of IT in Information Technology & Cyber.
Responsibilities
Respond to Tier I support requests and collaborate with team to manage ticket queue
Support the physical technologies in our offices, such as conference rooms, printers, and employee desk hardware
Improve the processes and efficacy of IT as we move into our next stage of growth, including new hire onboarding, day-to-day support tickets, device assignment, and end-user lifecycle
Establish IT Self Help tools and documentation, document internal procedures
Collaborate with the IT Project Manager, System Administrator, and Israel IT Site with various projects
Provide support for workstation fleet management and automations (JAMF, Intune)
Work with Security team for patch management and security policy enforcement
Participate in evaluation and deployment of new IT systems
Requirements
Up to 2 years of experience as an IT individual contributor, helpdesk/IT support role
Experience troubleshooting Windows and Macs is essential
Knowledge of cloud business applications such as: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, Zoom, and cloud IAM tools (Okta, Azure Active Directory); or similar tools
Track record of providing white glove service; enthusiastic about Information Technology
Proven ability to manage critical projects with limited direct supervision
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
