WEG Electric Corp., has a great opportunity for an experienced Help Desk professional to support our IT Department, located in Duluth, GA. Responsibilities include setting up new users, closing out former users, and handling requests through an IT ticketing system. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of prior end user technical support experience. Must have experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 7, IOS, Android, and Mac OS X.
Working knowledge of hardware diagnostics and repair (printers, desktops, laptops, handheld devices) is required. Solid networking understanding and troubleshooting ability. Strong communications, attention to details and customer service skills required.
