Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the ISS IT Facilities Manager, assume responsibility for ISS Enterprise and Care Connect (Electronic Health Record program), deploying and ensuring stability of the LAN/WAN areas for ISS & CareConnect (Electronic Health Record Program) network and facilities infrastructure technologies.

This is a flex-hybrid role which will require you to be onsite at least 24 days a quarter, within 2 hours of being asked to come on site, or as required by operational need; there are no reimbursements for travel to "home office" location.
Each employee must complete a FlexWork Agreement with their manager which will outline arrangement parameters and aids both parties in fully understanding expectations. Arrangements are regularly evaluated, and are subject to termination.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $95,900-222,100 annually. The budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is approximately $140,000 annually.

Candidate must be proficient at all aspects of low voltage cabling including planning, installation, testing, documenting of fiber optic, copper and coaxial cabling systems. Must have professional certification in low voltage data cabling. BICSI RCDD Certification
Must be proficient in the design, buildout, inspection and commissioning of communication rooms and spaces.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Bluebeam, CAD, Visio and related communications design software. Must be proficient in the selection, installation, testing and configuration of back up power devices. Must be familiar with OSHPD/HCAI requirements related to communications projects in hospital patient care areas. Must be proficient in the design, provisioning and commissioning of cellular, paging, Wi-Fi, Telemetry, etc., antenna systems. Must have working knowledge of Carrier WAN circuit installation, provisioning and testing. Must be familiar with Network architecture, device deployment and interconnectivity.
