Qualifications: Account Management and Project Management professional with 10 years and $10M+ portfolio management experience across Electric Utility.
Experience directing cross-functional teams of technical, business experts, and contractors to analyze systems, processes, and implement successful enterprise solutions. Primary focus on electric transmission & distribution, but with work in the Asset and Work Management, Energy Efficiency and software development. Recognized innovator developing strategic and tactical solutions in a nimble manner that delights clients.
Cloud deployment experience, agile methodology desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication. BS in CS or equivalent 10+ years in IT project management, with focus on staffing or resource management Proficiency in PDM & PPMC tools Experience with managing 20+ FTEs as part of a single 30+ month project Experience with 10+ projects ($10M labor) and 10+ PMAs & 5 PMs from planning to O&M Proficiency in PDM & PPMC tools Client Satisfaction Metrics Project statistical & variance analysis Estimating Scope and risk management QA reviews and inspection PMI Project Management Professional certification, or equivalent

Responsibilities:
Manages one very large-scale project ($50M, 100 FTEs, 3+ years), or multiple scale ones, end to end Gathers and further defines project requirements Determines staffing requirements and forms project teams Provides leadership to assigned PMAs and PMs Develops & maintains plans and objectives, including metrics to assess progress, using established standards Monitors milestones and deliverables to identify issues early, develops workarounds and communicates/ escalates to leadership and sponsors as applicable Provides the team with constructive performance feedback Conducts regular reviews with sponsor and formally confirms final acceptance and satisfaction

VIEW JOBS 1/14/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-14T00:00 Job Description Position Summary The Senior Manager of Process & Portfolio Management will be responsible for managing the PMO within Constellation Brands Wine & Spirits division, ensuring the team is effectively guiding innovation initiatives (i.e. new product development, line extensions, and package changes) through the Stage Gate process. The successful candidate will be analytical and process oriented, and also effective at navigating change by influencing others within an organization. This role requires a high level of business acumen to understand project risks/implications, and strong leadership skills to advocate for solutions. The candidate will need to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional business partners, and be effective in building business relationships throughout all levels of the organization. Responsibilities * Manage team and cross functional relationships to ensure Stage Gate process, decisions, tools, and templates are optimized to enable successful project implementation * Lead Innovation Board Meetings with Wine & Spirits Leadership team, including collection/review of presentation materials, conducting comprehensive project reviews, managing Board meeting, and providing follow-up documentation * Act as the Project Manager on a defined project portfolio, including: * Developing/managing project timelines, milestones, cross-functional tasks, risk profiles, and follow-up notes * Communicating project status and milestones to key stakeholders and ensuring teams are accountable to complete tasks at hand * Identifying commercialization hurdles and driving resolutions * Providing team project management coverage as needed * Work with Project Management team to manage risks, and elevate as needed.
