Job Description
IT Enterprise Applications intern is responsible for day-to-day management of one or more initiatives
within the IT Enterprise applications. The position is responsible for delivering projects across a range of
application platforms including but not limited to SAP, Concur, Coupa. The position will need to work
collaboratively with functional business area and IT partners to achieve project objectives. This is a
highly visible role with opportunity to work with leaders across different departments.
Job responsibilities
process definition and reengineering, high and detailed-level requirements gathering, fit/gap
analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of
business applications.
Review any technical work done by vendors to provide guidance, feedback and anticipate issues
Facilitate business process review meetings with subject matter experts to document and refine

Eligibility
Working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field; recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be
available to work full-time Monday - Friday for 6 months between September 2024 - March 2025.
Start date for the internship is as follows: (note this date is not flexible)
The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is $32-44/hr and can vary if outside of this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific hourly range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
