We are looking to hire an experienced IT Engineer to help the organization continue to grow and scale out IT Operations. Reporting directly to our Manager of IT, you will help design, organize, and modify our cloud-based, service-oriented IT infrastructure and the processes that support it.

The position is Hybrid based in Waltham, MA.

You will…

• Collaborate with other departments to design and implement tools and solutions to meet business needs

• Automate tasks to improve IT support efficiency and scale.

• Take on areas of technical ownership within the department with an opportunity to build best in class processes and services around IT onboarding, offboarding, and related disciplines

• Document, generate, and maintain IT support documentation to further build self-service efficiency

• Work with current tech stack including Google Workspace, Atlassian/Jira, Zoom, Slack, O365, and other SAAS-based applications

• Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management solutions using Okta focusing on SSO, SAML, and SCIM protocols

You have…

• 3+ years of general IT experience in a cloud first environment

• Have solid background primarily in MacOS troubleshooting along with experience in Windows

• Preferred experience with Jamf, Mosyle, or other MDMs

• Experience in automating IT related tasks

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management

• Experience planning IT infrastructure changes and roll-outs in a way that anticipates the varied needs across all areas of an organization

• Knowledge in the integration of applications and authentication including Oauth, SAML, and single sign on methodologies

• Documented experience automating routine tasks using Okta workflows and other automation tools

• Ability to work and thrive independently in a fast paced environment

• Have experience working in high-growth companies with rapidly shifting IT and business needs

• Experience developing infrastructure in cloud environments

• Proficient in Python scripting a plus
