The IT Engineer will be responsible for multiple areas in IT. The main responsibility is to implementing and automate new and existing processes, document solutions and procedures for tools such as JAMF, Okta, GSuite & Zoom. This individual will also be responsible for vendor relationships involving escalations, developments and beta testing new technologies. Additional tasks includes providing hands-on technical support to the Checkr team.
Manage & maintain all corporate applications such as GSuite, Okta, JAMF & Zoom
Maintain all hardware to meet security requirements
Implement new applications and drive automation
Maintain a great relationship with external vendors
Provide escalated support for Checkr Team
