2019 Information Technology- End User Technologies Internship Opportunity
Full-time internship opportunity from May- August of 2019
Possibility to continue working part-time during the Fall 2019 semester and beyond, assuming strong performance
Most work will be in our Cleveland office. Travel to other offices will be limited
Answer help desk calls to collect information from employees and help resolve issues independently and with the assistance of current IT staff
Participate in laptop replacement process by imaging the new laptop and working with users to transfer data to the new machine
Research methods to automate various IT processes
Gain exposure to our network operations and software development teams
Experience and Skills:
Pursuing Bachelor's degree
Preferred Major(s): Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Science, Business Information Systems
GPA: Minimum 3.2
Preferred Coursework: Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Computer Hardware (Comptia A+), Computer Networking Cisco
If continuing into the Fall semester, must be able to work 2-3 days/week, totaling to at least 20 hours/week
