About our group:

The Integrated Planning Team within IT supports the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Factory Planning business teams. Business teams are spread across US, Singapore, China, Thailand, and India.

About the role - you will:

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support on IBP, Adexa, and FP

  • Enhancements as and when needed

  • New projects and adding business capabilities through a yearly project in-take and execution schedule

About you:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Service-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated and focused

Your experience includes:

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements and develop effective solutions

  • Subject matter expertise in IBP, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning, ideally with at least one end-to-end implementation experience in a business-facing role

  • Strong configuration and design skills

  • Familiarity with SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies

  • Proficiency in SCM

  • Effective communication skills for customer-facing interactions

  • Experience with project and sustain-related functions

  • PMP certification (preferred)

  • Experience with Hi-Tech industry is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related STEM field (Master's degree is a plus) - Preferred

The estimated base salary range for this position in the San Francisco Bay Area is: $174,824.24 - $259,596.48. Actual salary range is based on the regional labor market of the role in the geography in which the position is located based on the requirements of the job and your skills. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and Seagate reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
