The points below highlight the warehouse IT Director of Service Delivery duties:
Provides leadership, direction and management to enable team to meet goals
Develops plans for efficient allocation and usage of team and resources to provide rapid and reliable support in meeting business needs.
Manages department budget and vendor contracts and performance
Oversees computer deployment processes for enterprise to ensure efficient delivery
Ensure that desktops/laptops are delivered on-time and are 99% accurate in terms of matching the requested software and the machine delivery

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a 4 year college or university
Minimum 7 years of experience with managing a technical team in an IT service delivery environment
Knowledge of leading industry technologies with a strong knowledge around IT governance, project planning, and the technological usage/alternatives available in a multi-platform environment
Ability to occasionally life and/or move up to 25 pounds
