What You Will Be Doing

  • Establish IS and IT Global Strategic Roadmap for the organization.

  • Coordinate and facilitate consultation with senior level stakeholders to define technology roadmap and systems requirements.

  • Be the active hands-on leader for IS and IT that will maintain and enhance the culture of collaboration and accountability.

  • Provide operational planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing IS and IT initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future systems across the organization.

  • Ensure all IT/IS systems and infrastructure have effective and strong security protocols in place.

  • Ensure that technologies implemented meet their respective departments strategic and operational needs and that adequate communication, training, and ongoing user support is provided.

  • Develop and maintain an organizational IS and IT structure that supports the current and future global needs of the Company.

  • Establish IS and IT departmental goals, objectives and operating procedures. Directs continuous improvements of systems and procedures to maintain pace with technological progress and business needs.

  • Identify opportunities for appropriate and cost-effective investment in IS and IT systems and resources

  • Develop, track and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.

  • Ensure IS and IT system operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations, contractual obligations and established security protocols.

  • Direct continued implementation and further development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and continuity plan.

  • Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale.

  • Keep ahead of trends and issues in the IS and IT industry, including current and evolving technologies.

  • Advise, counsel and educate executives and management on their competitive or financial impact.
    What You Need for this Position

  • 10+ years of Information Systems and Technology leadership experience with growing responsibilities

  • Technology roadmap and Planning

  • Oracle R12 Database management and support experience

  • Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite Applications (Financials, and Supply Chain)

  • Able to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Innovation thought Leader who brings together experience and creativity to drive change.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner.

  • Ability to work well on cross-functional basis internally and with business partners and drive results.

  • Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations

  • Solid background in designing/developing IS and IT systems, and planning and executing enterprise-wide IT implementations, including, Big Data analytics and cloud utilization

  • Manufacturing Industry experience (preferably within the semiconductor space)

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to California, China, and Japan

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Operations Management & Information Systems or equivalent experience

Initiates, supports, and participates in on-going educational and research programs. Supervises all non-physician members of the surgical team. 1. Defines and implements philosophy, objectives, policies, and standards for outpatient surgical care. Ensures the application of nursing standards and standards of practice, together with adherence and compliance to applicable regulatory bodies. 2. Develops and implements a departmental plan for operations and fiscal performance. 3. Ensures effective perioperative practices. Communicates and interprets program needs to the Medical Center. 4. Ascertains needs of other departments and ensures coordination of service and efforts. 5. Assumes accountability for the hiring, performance evaluation, and termination of perioperative nursing and support staff in the OSC as part of the leadership team. 6. Participates as a member of the Medical Center management team. 7. Develops, coordinates, and evaluates the orientation program of the department. Assesses the educational needs of staff, providing staff development and educational opportunities. 8. Facilitates process to ensure appropriate utilization of services, high productivity, and delivery of quality patient care. 9. Supports, participates, and collaborates in research initiatives. Evaluates research for utilization in practice and facilitates staff utilization of research for practice improvements. 10. Prepares the operating and capital budgets for the OSC. Prepares long and short term strategic plans. 11. Provides data reports for the management of OSC. Uses ASC benchmarking data for analysis and performance improvement initiatives. 12. Directs and coordinates the daily operations of the center. Performs other duties as required or assigned Minimum Qualifications: ü Master's Degree with demonstrated clinical competency, leadership and education experience with 2 years of administration or directorial experience of a standalone surgical center; or inpatient or outpatient healthcare center or the equivalent required. ü Previous management experience in an ASC/OSC perioperative environment preferred. ü Experience managing a staff of 10 or more a must.
