Remain informed of IAM related industry trends and set direction with respect to the IAM strategic roadmap
Work closely with team members and clients to understand requirements, design and implement IAM system integration solutions
Architect and build Java applications for our identity and security practice
Ensure supporting infrastructure is compliant with security and audit requirements
Identify and implement innovative / optimization opportunities
Available for weekend and evening support of IAM platform and system integration issues when needed
The successful candidate has 6 - 8 years experience providing IAM system integration and platform support. As a member of the IAM team within the Information Technology organization this candidate will work with team members and IT clients to establish collaborative productive relationships that result in high quality, timely IAM deliverables. This individual thrives when working in a fast-paced, technically diverse environment and possesses a strong desire for continuous learning. This position is located in Syracuse, New York. Weekends and evening support will be required at times. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Ability to effectively work with team members across multiple locations and time zones
Demonstrated innovative problem-solving, analysis, design, and testing skills.
English speaking with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies
Experience with Kanban and Agile methodologies.
6 - 8 years experience with the following technologies:
Strong development skills with Java v1.7.x or higher
Apache Tomcat, HTTP server, Ansible
Red Hat Linux
Forgerock Directory Server
Forgerock Access Management
XML, SOAP, JSON, RESTful APIs
SAML, OAuth, OpenID
LDAP/LDAPS, Active Directory, Kerberos
Working knowledge of the following technologies, concepts
Websphere Application Server
Service Oriented Architecture
DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation, Configuration Management
