IT Data & Analytics Intern

Job Description

During the summer program, the intern will work within the Data & Analytics organization focused in one or several of the following areas:

  • Data Modeling

  • Data Science

  • Data Visualization

The Data & Analytics Interns will gain exposure in the following areas:

  • Direct client interaction

  • Business Requirement Gathering

  • On-time Delivery

  • Importance of an Outcome focus

  • Development of Best Practices

  • Industry Leading Tools in Respective Role

  • Agile Development

General Qualifications

  • Current Junior to Grad Student with strong GPA

  • Communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Curiosity to solve business issues with data

  • Criticalthinking and ability tointerrogate results

  • Self-driven and motivated to accomplish goals

  • Strong understanding of data modeling

  • Leadership experience during college years

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • Transportation to and from office

Role Specification Qualifications

  • Data Modeling SAP HANA, Performance Focus

  • Data Science Machine Learning Expertise, SQL, Hadoop, R or Python

  • Data Visualization Tableau & Data Visualization Techniques, Business Acumen

VIEW JOBS 10/30/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-28T00:00 IT Integrated Business Planning Intern Job Description During the summer program, the intern will partner with the Director of IT Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to build technology strategies for the Sales & Operating Planning, Product Master Data, Analytics for SKU Optimization, Marketing Product Information Governance, and other digital enablers. The IBP program includes many technologies with SAP, custom solutions, API/Micro-services technical architecture, and third-party software. The technical landscape of external firms and mix of digital enablers such as machine learning, journey-based user experience, agile methodology and other areas need to be woven into the delivery of current solutions. The approach, strategy, options with risks/tradeoffs need to be documented and understood so leaders can make the best strategic decisions.
