IT Data Analyst
Status: Contract assignment
Estimated Duration: 3 months with extensions
Hourly Target Range: TBD
A Health Insurance company is presently looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. This position is entry level and will be mainly responsible for data analysis. Selected candidate will be responsible for pulling data from multiple resources, merging those data sources and providing updates. Candidates must have strong Excel skills, some IT Support background excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
This role will be responsible for analyzing data, reporting, tracking and providing results to management based on the direction of the analysis.
Responsible for reporting and data analysis
Assisting in lease swap validation in support of the Windows 10 project
Tracking and updating lease records based on swap allocation
Validating lease records across multiple sources of data
Some day to day responsibilities:
Provides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow up on client questions, problems or malfunctions of all systems applications, hardware and software installed or maintained by IT.
Responds to client staff' s telephone inquiries concerning support, processing or request procedures, systems status and network connectivity, and a variety of hardware and software problems of all installed application hardware and software products supported by IT.
Records inquiries, repair and service requests, resolves or directs requests to appropriate technical area or vendor, tracks status and follows up to ensure client satisfaction.
Escalates to or consults with senior staff when solution is unclear.
Reports problems with procedures and makes suggestions for improvements. Receives direct supervision.
Associate degree in Computer Science or a related discipline and up to two years of experience in IT or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
