COLSA Corporation is seeking an IT Cyber Analyst to join our team. The position is located in Huntsville, AL. You would provide support related to all aspects of cybersecurity, certification & accreditation as it relates to CWTC to include infrastructure supporting the systems, associated systems and subsystems components.
In this exciting role you could expect to:
Support the Risk Management per the Risk Management Framework (DoDI 8510.01) and coordinate control type data entries for the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMass) database in order to achieve Authority to Connect (ATC) to classified and unclassified networks.
Work with internal team members to obtain an in-depth understanding of customer specific security requirements in order to translate them into policies, processes, and standards to ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and OMB guidance.
Evaluate and make recommendations designed to promote economy, efficiency, and effectiveness in the security program.
Support the development and execution of test plans to support cyber testing for the system vulnerabilities, security impacts and SW/HW performance, and SW/HW interoperability security-based issues.

Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years work related experience
Experience developing RMF packages
In-depth understanding of cyber security policy, tools, threat mitigation, network topologies, and secured networks
Strong understanding of NIST Special Publications, FISMA, OMB requirements, and cyber security best practices
Currently active DoD 8570.01 qualifying baseline certification(s)
Currently active DoD SECRET security clearance
Previous experience with eMASS
Experience developing complete RMF packages from system categorization through the Authority to Operate (ATO)
Experience certifying and accrediting MDA and GM test enclave related systems
Experience working with DoD Classified / Unclassified networks and enclaves
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
Experience in Red Team Attacks
