You could be effective by providing exceptional PC support as a part of the Support Services Service Delivery team. Your primary role will be to troubleshoot, analyze and resolve incidents impacting the computers of all Global Yum!

Brands, Inc. team members while providing an outstanding customer experience.

Your position will be with the second line of PC support. Other responsibilities will include administrative Network and Video Conferencing support as well as training and testing innovative technologies to grow the team's productivity and efficiency. Salary Range: $56,000 to $60,000 annually + bonus eligibility.

This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, upgrade, build, and install computers using available hardware and software tools.

Build relationships with other on-site technicians as well as provide a positive customer experience with each customer interaction, 800+ users. Knowledge of video conferencing tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx.) Resolve, escalate, and document ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner. Ability to work across multiple support/strategy teams to resolve escalated issues.

Create and maintain IT documentation of processes and procedures. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of experience providing technical support for a wide variety of hardware and software platforms, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Windows, MacOS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices (iPhone/iPad, Android, Windows Phone.) Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills with clients.

Able to work flexible hours including being on call. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Preferred Requirements:
