The IT Coordinator, under close supervision, is responsible for clerical, logistical, administrative support, event coordination, and A/V technical support for the IT department. The IT Coordinator will collaborate with team members to address technical issues, implement IT policies, and contribute to strategic planning to enhance the organization's technological capabilities.

Responsibilities Vendor management and procurement of IT equipment and services. Asset & inventory replenishment and organization of multiple storage rooms. Asset/Inventory/License/Warranty tracking and reporting.

Equipment Repair/Maintenance coordination. Assign/Unassign software licenses, conduct license audits for usage/inactivity. Track vendor contracts and renewals in document management system.

Create & maintain company reference materials such as the service catalogue, ITKB, Purple Planet resources, org. charts, standard equipment lists, etc. Create and maintain common area signage through our e-signage app. Shipping, tracking, and receiving of IT assets and supplies.

Conduct user training on productivity apps, send out communications and create/update presentation materials as needed. Assisting with business system projects, including documenting requirements, scheduling meetings, demo new software solutions, & assisting PM's with different project phases (requirement, testing, UAT, etc.) Event planning from both coordination and technical lens; coordinate catering. Provide A/V technical support during special events (investor calls/company Townhall events/conferences). Demonstrate to end-user proper operation of A/V equipment and ensuring the end-user is comfortable with the A/V environment.

Ensure all communication & teleconferencing devices throughout all facilities are in proper working order, on a regular basis maintain and update equipment & software as needed (meeting rooms, Dr. Tu Studio, Crestron etc.) Liaise with internal customers to identify problems, gather information, and utilize support tools/additional support staff as needed. Research the newest technologies and develop best practices to use our IT equipment that meets business needs.

Train new hires in basic access and computer usage; write user documentation to systems as needed for all audiences. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, event planning or related fields. Experience in event planning from small to large scale events. A/V technical knowledge (video recording, Crestron, webinars, Zoom, Neat & Logitech, OBS virtual camera, Polycom, etc.) Office 365, Cloud, & Zoom application experience.

Familiarity with PC/MacOS, iPhone, iPad, Android devices Flexibility to adapt to changing technological landscapes and organizational needs. Innovative thinking to develop and implement effective IT solutions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Experience with bulk or business-to-business purchasing. Ability to plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non- technical stakeholders. Ability to create clear and concise documentation for IT policies, procedures, and user manuals. Ability to thrive in a demanding, change-oriented, fast paced environment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Preferred event planning skills from small to large scale events. Preferred A/V technical knowledge (video recording, Crestron, webinars, Zoom, Neat & Logitech, OBS virtual camera, Polycom, etc.) Preferred Office 365, Cloud, & Zoom application experience.

Familiarity with PC/MacOS, iPhone, iPad, Android devices. Preferred Project management experience is preferred, including planning and executing IT projects. Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees.

The base pay range for this position is $24.50-$33.00. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
