Real World Responsibilities:
During your time with us you will:
Perform gap analysis on current ecommerce system for our parts sales through researching alternative interfaces, including the possibility of a customer portal
Propose internal system to ensure ultimate external customer satisfaction of buying, billing, and tracking their parts through the entire ordering process
Work to implement Automation/BOTS for customer access to eCommerce tool
As part of our team we will:
Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
Mentor you through the business process and how decisions are made
Pursing a degree in information technology (IT), business, or similar field
Available to work 6 months full-time in Redmond, WA
Takes initiative and actively contributes
Willingness to learn
