The IT Contract and Procurement Administrator - Hybrid Remote (home/office) is accountable for our IT contract life cycle which includes responding and processing new IT contracts, addendums, and cancelations. In addition, this position will also support technology related hardware and software purchasing. The ideal candidate is organized, detailed, accurate, and can manage tight deadlines. This position is an entry level up to intermediate role.
Your Impact
Manage IT contract processing tasks including review, preparation, and routing.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely action.
Analyze contract terms, conditions and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.
Maintain contract database financials, terms and required documentation.
Review, code, and process invoices related to contracts.
Provide team back up support processing IT hardware and software purchases from quote to delivery.
This includes data entry, monitoring, tracking, and communicating with the customer.
Maintain vendor relationships to ensure cost and delivery goals and objectives are aligned. This includes payment terms, inventory availability, shipping costs, contract length, renewal costs, maintenance costs, etc.
Collaborate cross functionally to investigate and/or provide solutions for escalations or service issues.
Develop and maintain documentation for key process and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Deliver premier customer service and maintain excellent working relationships with peers and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
A four-year degree or a high school diploma with at least 1 year of IT Contract and Procurement experience or volunteerism, coursework, certifications, training, or projects related to this field.
Understanding of common financial and technology terminology.
Intermediate computer, Internet and Excel skills.
This role requires a hybrid schedule (onsite and remote work). Core hours of operation, schedules, and onsite work requirements are subject to change based on business need.
