Supports the Professional Services Category with a focus on IT Consulting category management, including strategy execution, internal relationship management, and contract negotiations. Contributes to robust global category strategy and plan.
Helps develop multi-year category strategy and plan including industry trends, market dynamics, and key save opportunities across supply, demand, and process.
Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify and implement new opportunities while also troubleshooting issues and helping to drive understanding of the procurement process
Runs RFP processes and negotiations, managing complex global agreements and effectively leading cross-functional teams
Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatory compliance guidelines.
Identifies and facilitates strategies for complex category, aligning them with corporate strategy and user needs
Provide monthly financial reporting and analysis on key Procurement metrics
Identify risks and opportunities related to achieving financial objectives, working with process partners to mitigate risks and realize opportunities
7+ years Professional Services category management experience, with a successful track record completing complex RFPs, cost saving initiatives, and contract negotiations.
Experience in IT Consulting is preferred.
