Your role at Baxter

Provide sophisticated analytical support to the operations function. Proactively participates in processes and make recommendations for system refinements within the operations function. This role works closely with project managers and departmental staff to build value in support of both Global and Regional business initiatives related to driving standards.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate with end-users and management to define and document business needs

• Collaborate with other groups and teams to identify, diagnose, and solve system issues

• Coordinate service delivery for JDE ERP solutions

• Plan and complete system implementations and change controls with focus on user experience

• Translate business requirements and proposed solutions into detailed Functional Specifications

• Partner closely with technical authorities to help translate functional needs into technical solutions

• Develop, and complete unit/system/validation test cases, scripts and plans. Facilitate testing activities across IT groups and regions.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor degree in related field required

• 7+ years of JDE technical/functional experience in global environments. Preferred JDE 9.2 in a validated environment

• Possess a broad knowledge of business operations (principles, practices and procedures) across the JDE Supply Chain modules (order management, procurement, logistics)

• Proficiency within SDLC and Agile methodology

• Hands-on experience with application and performance monitoring tools

• Good project management skills and experience deploying technology globally

• Experience with validation procedures and security governance

• Experience designing and executing testing models and Standard Operating Procedures

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop creative solutions that solve technical and business challenges

• Ability to function in ambiguous circumstances and demonstrate flexibility

• Passionate on continuous learning and keeping up with new technologies

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $120,000 to $165,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
