Title: IT Consultant (I) Oracle E-Business Suite
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
The candidate will become a member of NCR's ITS organization focused on the deployment and support of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, specifically those applications in the Services Contract Billing & Entitlement area. Candidates will work directly with customers, vendors and key stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. Candidates should have experience with continuous improvement initiatives and must understand the linkage of Service Billing and Entitlement to NCR Services Field Operations and Finance. Candidates will be responsible for monitoring entitlement and billing processes to improve operational productivity, insure process adherence and financial controls exist.
NCR's application footprint includes a single global instance of Oracle EBS (R12) and two high availability instances of Oracle CRM (Enterprise Services). The following Oracle modules are included in the scope of this position: Contracts, Installed Base, Order Management, Inventory, Bill of Material, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, TeleService, Field Service, Mobile Field Service and Workflow.
BS/BA in MIS, Computer Information Systems, Finance or equivalent work experience
Ten years or more Services related industry experience
Results oriented, able to solve complex analytical problems and provide recommendations
Self-motivation, customer focused orientation
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
SAFe Agile Training & Certification
Ability to travel domestic and international (15%)
Strong understanding of concepts and principles relating to Oracle EBS and CRM applications
Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Contracts, Installed Base and Field Service applications
