IT Computer Technician/Sales

Main Job Responsibilities/Focus Identifying potential clients in our target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs Developing relationships with prospective clients while maintaining existing client relationships Working with the IT service team to identify known and unknown business problems in a prospective client's business environment Creating IT solutions to business problems and develop contract-winning proposals for prospective clients Negotiating contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders Collaborate with service team to ensure successful implementation of contracted products, services, and solutions Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news Actively using our CRM to manage and growing your sales pipeline Hard work in a fast pace and positive environment Other tasks as assigned Key Traits for Success Be all in and love your work Ambition Be a great listener Ability to succeed in a team environment while being independently resourceful Love technology Always be learning Successful experience in IT consulting and selling of subscription based managed IT services Dedicated and highly motivated with proven success in communicating with prospects in person, via phone, email, Webinars and Social Selling through LinkedIn Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business sales processes Strong interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and problem-solve Knowledge of trends in computers, networks, cloud computing and Wi-Fi Proficient in using business software including MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology Bachelor's degree required. Focus on business, management, communication, or IT preferred.
