What You will Do:

• Manage one or more request queues for assigned area, working with the IT Director, Application Manager and Product Owner to ensure that priorities are maintained in accordance with business value.

• Act as a liaison between the technical areas, both internal and external, and the business areas for solution development and system administration. Analyze current processes, gather high-level requirements, develop training and communication needs for new systems and releases, enhancements and fixes.

• Facilitate and lead meetings specific to requirements, dependencies, and project coordination, following up with the business or IT, and resolve conflicts when needed.

• Create concise written communications specific to outages and projects that impact multiple teams and business areas.

• Gather, document, and distribute business requirements for small to moderate complexity projects.

• Coordinate and/or participate in testing of developed software for assigned area if needed.

• Assist the IT Director and/or the Manager in gathering and reporting technical enhancement and project information to be presented to IT Sr. Management and Sr. Business Management.

• Assist managers with tracking team metrics including commit ratio, unplanned work, and work distribution (run, grow, transform).

• Commit to continuous learning, from the soft skills, business, and the technical aspects in order to contribute innovative ideas for IT solutions.

What it takes to join our team:

• College degree required plus five years relevant experience.

• MIS or Computer Science Degree preferred.

• Technical education and experience strongly preferred.

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to build strong relationships with the Business and IT.

• Experience in business analyst frameworks, processes, and tools preferred.

• Must have the aptitude to learn both business and technical terms and processes well enough to be a strong liaison between IT and the Business.

• Some travel may be required.

• Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.

• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
