IT Business Process Analyst

This role is responsible for enhancing the quality of IT products and services through gathering of business requirements, analyzing processes and translating /documenting information into technical requirements in effort to deliver technological solutions for business needs. Additionally, this role will provide troubleshooting for system business issues to determine if it is a process or technical item.

This role will be based in Springfield, MO with a hybrid work schedule and will travel less than 20 percent to some of our manufacturing sites as needed.

• Liaison between the IT department and the business by working closely with the various areas to design technology solutions.

• Detailed understanding business needs and operational processes.

• Enhancing the quality of IT products and service through gathering and documenting business requirements effectively

• Utilizing IT data for business insights.

• Provide support and input to other IT areas when defining technological solutions to business requirements.

• Producing reports on application development and implementation.

• Testing and validating IT solutions.

• Training business users on new systems or functionality in existing systems

• Troubleshoot issues to determine if it is a process or technical issue

• Project manage specific deliverables or small projects as needed

Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field or 5 years relevant experience.

2+ years in a technology-driven role.

Attention to detail.

Project management experience a plus
